MURDER ON THE PUFFING BILLY EXPRESS 

Do you like dressing up and going out for dinner with friends? Why not do it with the Puffing Billy Murder crew and make a little extra on the side as well!

A new show is being created for 2012 and we would love as many people to get involved as possible. Very little rehearsing commitments required. You don’t have to be good at learning lines, just bring your enthusiasm!

These shows are our major fundraisers for Gemco which each show generating $900+  in funds. In 2011 we will have performed 14 shows and next year we have been booked for 16 shows because we get such a great response from the audience.

The shows are performed on the Puffing Billy night train and in the historical “Nobelius Packing Shed” in Emerald.  This fun show has been a sell-out success since 2009.

The acting is mostly about keeping in character, knowing a bit about 1920-25, talking to people and responding to questions. There's a little bit of group singing, a song or two for individuals, a little bit of script. Then there's the most delicious three course dinner while you wait to go on.
