Venue Hire: Enquiry Form
Process to Hire Venue.
Step 1: Please look at the Calendar to see if the date and time is available before you fill in the form.
Step 2: Complete and submit this form
Step 3: Send a text to Ross Housham, Treasurer, on 0400 402 449, with your name, contact number and proposed dates. He will call you back (when available) to discuss the booking.
Step 4: You will receive a quote for the hire via email.
Step 5: Send a text to Ross (see above) either to accept or reject the quote.
Step 6: If you accept, please deposit your Bond or full payment (smaller scale bookings), this will be considered as confirmation.
We advise you not to advertise your event until your booking is confirmed.
