I affirm that the plays listed have not been previously performed or published anywhere in the world. I understand and agree that if this play is selected for performance and publication by Gemco Players: • I will retain ownership of the copyright. I understand my play MUST be an original play therefore cannot have been performed anywhere else ever before. • That Gemco Players have first publishing rights in Australia and that no royalties from the book sales will come to me. • That publication by Gemco Players does not forgo the right to publish elsewhere. • I will not receive any part of ticket sales. • I will be offered a free pass to see the performances for all shows. • I will receive a free book of the final published plays.
